Those who have spent time along the Mediterranean coast have
learned that the homes blend indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
Large verandas are favorite places to entertain and enjoy meals.
Enormous windows and high ceilings invite the sea breezes. Granite
and marble pick up the richness of the earth and make it part of
day-to-day living. Inspired by what our architects saw, they included
many of these classic touches into the designs for Positano on the
Gulf of Mexico. Here, nine-foot windows slide open to the Gulf, combining the more than 3,000
square feet of living space and 775 to 1,500 square feet of outdoor space. As in European villas,
kitchens are large and are as much for gathering as they are for cooking. Bedroom suites are
roomy and have the added luxury of private balconies. Rich Italian influences can also be seen
in courtyard pools and immaculately manicured landscapes that were designed by nationally
renowned landscape architect, Krent Wieland design, Inc. Residents will also enjoy semi-private
elevators, assigned private parking, and wiring for high-speed Internet access. It’s all here, waiting
for you—brought home beautifully in a place called Positano.
